Summer Program
ENROLLMENT RATE
If the enrollment form is completed and handed in to staff before Monday, May 4th, 2026 then each week is $200. Families with enrollment forms that are handed in later than May 4th will have weekly rates of $225 per week.
Part-time enrollments will be added if we have spots still available. The rate will be $50 per day.
AVAILABILITY & PAYMENT
At this time there are 20-25 available spots per day (a waiting list will be made with additional students). We are accepting students on a first come first serve basis with completed full week enrollments. Spots can be secured with a $500 non-refundable deposit. This deposit will go toward your enrollment tuition.
All enrollment payments (aside from field trip costs) need to be completed before Monday June 22nd. Failure to make enrollment payment before Monday, June 22nd may result in your child/children not being able to attend.
Field Trip payments can be made on a weekly basis once the summer program begins.
LOCATION AND
PICK UP/DROP OFF TIMES
All 5 and 1/2 weeks will be held at Bradford Elementary. Drop off is between 8:00 and 8:30am and pick up is between 3:00 and 3:30pm.
(Please note that some drop off/pick ups will be at local field trips locations. This information will be sent by Monday, May 18th.)
WHEN?
The program will run 5 and 1/2 weeks starting Monday, June 22nd to Friday, July 31st. There will be no program on Thursday, July 2nd and Friday, July 3rd. The program will resume on Monday, July 6th and run through Friday, July 31st.
FIELD TRIPS
Each field trip will be an additional fee. Pricing for field trips and transportation fees will be shared no later than Monday, May 18th. We typically have 2 full field trip days and one ½ field trip day each week.
Rates can range from an additional $5 to $50 per trip.
To give an idea as to what these trips might consist of, some past field trips have been Tip Top Pottery, VINS, Clarks, Haverhill Fair, Fairbanks Museum, Montshire Museum, Lost River, Whales Tales, and Harvey’s Lake.
